Taste tests are my favorite kind of research: eat a lot of one thing, rank it, and write down what actually made the difference. Every review here is first-party — George and I pay for everything ourselves, taste in person (usually blind when it's a head-to-head), and score each item against the ones next to it rather than some abstract standard. You'll find rankings of bakery items, grocery store packaged desserts, fast food menus, and the occasional viral TikTok product we had to settle once and for all.
