Everything I write here, I paid for, ate, stayed in, or figured out the hard way — which means you'll get the honest version: the restaurants worth the wait, the ones that were overhyped, the practical getting-around stuff, and the one dish you shouldn't leave the city without eating. Most of my travel writing focuses on food-first destinations across Asia, Europe, and the US, with a soft spot for cities where street food, family-run restaurants, and good coffee still win over Michelin stars. Expect opinionated recommendations, a few hard-won budget tips, and links out to any recipes or taste tests the trip inspired.
